How do I create a new administrator within Mantis?

The process for adding a new administrator within Mantis Bug Tracker is quite easy. Simply follow the step-by-step directions outlined below:

  • Login to the Mantis Bug Tracker Admin Panel
  • Next, go to "Manage" and then onto "Manage Users"
  • Once there, click on the "Create New Account" button
  • Finally, enter in the required information and click "Create User"

Please note that during the creation process, you will need to specify the permission levels assigned to this user. Please make sure you select the "Administrator" permission levels for this new user.
