How do I apply for compensation for remaining time left at my old provider?

At SiteServing, we’re always trying to help. As such, we’re glad to provide transferring customers with a one-time credit for any remaining time at your old web hosting provider. To qualify, please see the requirements outlined below:

  • Financial statement showing charges for web hosting service
  • Welcome email from web hosting company
  • Invoice/Receipt showing start and end date of service
  • Any/all other documentation showing extra information

Upon gathering the aforementioned information, please go ahead and email all the necessary documentation to our sales department at: sales@siteserving.com for processing. Shortly after emailing us, you should receive a ticket ID that will be your tracking ID as this case progresses through our system.
