How do I update my CloudLinux license key?

Updating your CloudLinux license is very straightforward. Nonetheless, please follow this tutorial in order to make sure you update your CloudLinux license correctly, to avoid any possible disruptions in service.

Please note this tutorial assumes that you are already running the CloudLinux OS, and have had to either switch your key from a trial version, or is due to a license change being required.

Updating your CloudLinux license:

  • Login to your VPS or Dedicated Server via SSH
  • Run the following command within it:

    # rhnreg_ks --activationkey=<newkey> --force

  • Your CloudLinux has now been reactivated
