This is a security setting that is employed on our web hosting servers. For example, if your web hosting account is sending more than 100 emails per hour, you may find that the script that was being used to send the messages was automatically suspended (the permissions where changed to 000).

However, please don't worry, this can be fixed pretty easily. This is done to ensure that the the mail servers IP address isn't being listed as a possible spamming IP address, and cause mail delivery problems for other customers on the same web hosting server. However, to ensure that this doesn't happen again, please take the following steps into consideration, before mass mailing your customers:

  • Ensuring you are not sending more than 100 emails per hour
  • Please ensure that this issue doesn't repeat itself.

To get your web hosting account script unlocked, please submit a support ticket to our support staff, and they will be able to assist you in getting this temporary suspension removed.
