This issue stems from a cPanel issue. This is generally caused by incorrectly accessing your cPanel account and can be easily fixed by trying the few suggested methods:
The first suggested solution is to access your site by using the following format to access your cPanel web hosting account: http://yourdomain.com/cpanel instead of http://cpanel.yourdomain.com
The second solution would be to check the syntax of your SQL within the PHPMyAdmin in your web hosting account, as the query syntax might be incorrectly formed.
